I treaded all the steps a good and devoted Catholic ought to take; I confessed weekly, I was an altar boy, I was a volunteer math and Portuguese tutor between the ages of 9 and 12 (I helped illiterate servants of all kinds learn 3 0f the 4 Rs of the education) I resigned from both my activities when I .... I will tell you more if you want. To make a long story short, one and a half years ago, I embraced my faith for good in the parish I was drawn to by God's heed. As a consequence, such rebirth has earned the privilege of becoming an Extraordinary Minister of Communion ( I learned that the title Minister of the Eucharist is inadequate.) All in all, after the 1st meeting of a 4-day course that would supposedly provide with a total understanding of theology, I dropped out as I did not feel worthy of such grace. This led me to explore and study to acquire depth and propriety, and in so doing, God guided me to you. I made my last purchase there no matter how low the price is. I purchased a 3250 watt All Power Portable generator. I took it out of the box and put in gasoline and oil to only find that the unit would not start. I called Brandsmart and whoever answered the phone said I could bring it back as the unit was less than 3 days from the purchase date. When I brought the unit in, I was told that Brandsmart cannot take back a unit that has gasoline in it. All Power will make me take the unit to a repair facility in the area. Customer service does not exist. God help you if you have a problem with your item.
