Pronounced: goo-ee-roo is a play on words combining the ideas of graphical user interface and guru. And who doesn’t like kangaroos?

I am a web designer by trade. My design philosophy is simple. Every element of a page should contribute to the business’ and users’ goal. Design not for design’s sake, but to make sure the content communicates in a visual sense as well as a literary sense.

This blog is really just a place for me to vent, ponder and keep up with friends. I have a fine appreciation for sarcasm, eating sushi, and enjoy taking long walks on the beach. I could tell you more about myself but that is what the blog is for.
