Raining & Pouring
Well, more stuff is up with the floors. We got a new fridge and they didn’t put poly far enough back under the old one. All the places they touched up over the weekend are now way too shiney as well.
We learned that BrandsMartUSA’s fridge delivery people don’t hook up the ice-maker if any amount of work other than screwing the old line back up to the new one is involved. But after having to drive home and unscrew the kitchen counter for dishwasher installer guy, we finally just paid him to get it done well.
We’ve also got issues with the A/C that we are now going back to the selling agent about as it was supposed to be corrected before we closed.
My mom is also at the hospital having some tests to see if she has appendicitis. The last time she went under anesthesia she didn’t do too well — her kidneys shut down for a while. Please pray. I’ll update tonight.
Regarding the literal weather, what’s up with the hovering monsoon weather pattern all of a sudden?

Oh, and only 1/4 of the scroll wheel on my iPod works now.

If your iPod died in service to the church, I can help you out. Funny how all this stuff is happening to you and the new house. Of course, It made me think of a song lyric, “Hold on loosely”.
Your home in Wynfield is temporary. Take comfort in your eternal dwelling. The effects of the fall will not follow you there.

Speaking of weather, it hailed here (NY) yesterday at 7pm. Weird! And in June! It was very strange indeed.
