Free At Last
So this is how Clark Howard feels. For the next few weeks I will be debt free. No one can say that I owe them money that I could not immediately pay back in full. No chains, no burdens, no weights of responsibility — total financial freedom.
Unfortunately, I have a contract with someone that will put me right back into debt by the end of the month. I’ll just enjoy it while it lasts.

Wouldn’t you love to see a parody of Clark Howard’s home life? At first everything seems wonderful (cars, home, boat paid off), then things start to unravel as you see him freaking out at his kids for throwing a can out the car window — because it could have been mailed to Maine to be recycled for 2 cents.
And then his basement has been converted into an underground mushroom farm (to save on food expenses) and is being tended by a captive Martha Stewart (to see what secrets he can extract from her)…
Sorry, it’s just that time of day, and the mind starts to wander…
