ALLTEL Store in Biloxi, MS

ALLTEL Biloxi, MS Edgewater Retail I got an email from my manager that was forwarded from an ALLTEL retail store to its management. I imagine management was asking for an update on how they faired the storm.

All the email said was:

“This is what I mean by ‘total loss’.”

    My thought process:

    1. Whoa.
    2. I can see the photographer’s shadow.
    3. Too bad the sign appears to be in perfect condition.

    I can’t help but think of the movie War Games when I see that old logo. It’s so dated its almost retro cool.

    I imagine the retail operator knew the truth behind a picture being worth a thousand words.

    New ALLTEL (or is it aLLTEL?) customers activate their phones for the first time and the screen pops up and says: “Want to play a game?”
